Return Process

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus the shipping cost. In the event of a defect, Flags USA will reimburse the shipping cost. If it is not due to our error, there will be a 20% restocking fee.

Refunds can be expected to process within two weeks after your package is returned. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (4 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

To request a return, please visit the Orders Tab in My AccountYou will then need to select the relevant order and click the "Ask for a Refund" button.

A popup will then open, please fill in additional information on what you are returning and the reason for your return. You can then submit the request to Flags USA for review.

Shipping

Most orders ship within a 1-2 Business days. Tracking information will be provided once your order is completed and prepared for shipping.

We ship for a flat rate of $9.00 anywhere within the U.S., Territories and APO boxes. Expedited shipping option will be listed at the time of checkout. There will be freight charges on commercial flagpoles. If you need a freight quote, please call 877-233-0608.

Usually stock orders ship within 24-48 business hours. We ship either UPS or USPS Priority Mail.
